As a leading independant professional services firm, it draws on deep operational heritage to deliver a comprehensive suite of performance improvement, turnaround management and corporate advisory services to a broad range of clients.
Based on the success of its transaction advisory business in the USA, the firm is now expanding across all major European markets. Within transaction advisory you will be working with private equity firms, hedge funds, and corporate vendors or acquirers, providing first class due diligence, in combination with the firms operational management and performance improvement capabilities.
The firm is actively seeking top performing big four transaction services talent from partner level through to executive, to spearhead the development of the business in Europe. Experience of either financial, operational and/or commercial due diligence is essential.
A partner and senior director from within the big 4 transaction services practices in London have been hired recently, and momentum is now gathering pace in the formation of the team.
